Visually - subtotal check box disappearing

If you check of a box in one of the rows under a grouping (subtotal) then the subtotal check button disappears. It is a purely visual thing because then button still works, however it is not visible for the user. If I check of all the buttons in a grouping then the button comes back and is visual again.

Comment to the devs: please include 3 states for checkmarks on parent-level:
- All selected
- Partially selected (this is not currently in place and the checkmark disappears).
- None selected
We previously had this feature showing a checkmark-box like [-] that displayed the partially selected state.
